Sam wasn't sure who to talk to. She was pretty sure Henry was still angry at her for the whole not telling him that she was pregnant. Then there was the miscarriage, although she was positive that he didn't blame her for that. He wasn't the type to. But still it was a whole lot of drama and she needed to talk to someone. She wasn't sure which one of the twins to call. She knew that both of them would be just fine to talk to. Then as she was about to dial she decided to call Pen. She felt as if she was going to cry.... again. Thankfully she was able to get control of herself as the phone rang.

Penny could feel Sam's misery all the way across town. She had stopped home to grab some things and as soon as she hit San Francisco it was like a wave of pain hit her. She really needed to get a handle on her empathy - and her projection. Getting a handle on her projection would control her empathy. But before Pen could figure out anything, her phone was ringing. She flipped it open without even looking at the caller ID.

"What's wrong, Sam?"

Part of Sam was really broken. She wasn't exactly sure that telling Pen was a good thing but she needed to talk to someone. Someone that would let her beat around the bush or just come right out in say it. Although she hadn't expected Pen to feel her pain from so far away. So Sam guess that she would just come out and say it.

Hey Penny.

Even if Pen wasn't an empath Sam's voice gave it away.

I had a miscarriage.

As she said it she started to cry.
