Prompt 1 - Open to One - Ongoing/Entire WeekHelana Cichewicz could swear that the Grim has been following him/her all week. As the week goes on they get increasingly more jittery and spooked. Sirius, being the prat that he is, has made a conscious effort to continue this person's fear - being Padfoot sure has its benefits!Character A: Helana Cichewicz
Prompt 2 - Open to 6th Year NEWT Level Potions StudentsJames and Sirius make it their job to make Severus look horrid at potions. After accidentally adding a very combustible ingredient to his cauldron while no one was looking, the cauldron blew up, dousing the entire class in the incorrectly made potion. Members of the class have begun to have unusual side effects that vary from person to person, and include: loss of their short term memory, loss of voice, feeling constantly light headed, excessive thirst, inability to sit still, and inability to remain quiet (One side effect per student). Pomfrey and Slughorn are working on a cure, but for 72 hours all students who are affected have to suck it up and deal with it. On the plus side, though, for an entire week, Potions has been canceled, as the potions lab is in desperate need of repair.
Prompt 3 - All Alumni - Starting TuesdayWait is it...snowing? It's October! And, what more, it's sunny in Muggle London. It seems like all of the magical settlements in the UK have been going against the weather - including Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade (but not Hogwarts), and Ottery St. Catchpole. Well, that's interesting! The random snow flurries last through the wee hours of Saturday morning and leave nearly three feet of snow in their wake. Come Saturday, though, it's a bit obvious where it came from when a chain of shops open on both Diagon Alley and in Hogsmeade advertising wizarding winterwear. Apparently they just couldn't wait for real snow?
