Legolas didn't want to be rusty, either. While he knew it was unlikely that he would need to use many of his skills in combat here in Madison Valley, he still wanted to be prepared. Just in case. He didn't want to be rusty in case something bad happened here. That, and it gave him something to do. He hated being idle, and coming to Training Terrain ensured that wouldn't happen.
