Lisa Snart & Brooke Maddox
Lisa was intrigued by Brooke's history, but she understood that longer stories had their place and time. This kind of event wasn't fit for it. That required a large bottle of something and maybe a place that was either Brooke's or hers. She doubted Brooke wanted all of Madison Valley to know about her past anyway. Lisa sure was not keen on sharing hers with everyone either. Only certain people got that privileged.
"Another time for the longer version than. Maybe my place with a bottle of tequila?" Lisa offered with a playful smile. Maybe Lisa would share more about herself than too. She liked Brooke and there was something about the young woman she could trust. Still, Lisa should not have been too shocked when her eyebrows raised at Lisa's remark about "holding up banks."
She nodded. "I use to rob people for a living. I was part of a group along with my brother. He taught me everything. We were thieves by trade. Obviously here that doesn't work so well." She still picked pockets from time to time, but otherwise, she was on the "straight and narrow" so to speak. "And you'll probably hate working about as much as I do. I hope you find something you can at least tolerate."
When Brooke promised to come by, Lisa smiled. "Good. You should. We'll find something amazing for you."
