Part of me is sad I had to skip speed dating this time, cause it's fun.
But most of me isn't, because the reason I skipped is because I was so successful last time.

Who else is in the same boat? Anyone else meet their boyfriend/girlfriend at speed dating?

I didn't participate, but it's cool that people do actually find love at speed dating. Maybe Amaar will find someone then

You should give it a shot next time. If nothing else you get to meet some new people.

The truth is, I already kind of liked him, but I never had the guts to go for it until speed dating.

I met my wife at the very first speed dating event in 2014 and our daughter was born in 2015.

Of course, then she got sent back home last year, so it's a downer ending there, but even so.

Things are starting to work out for me, so... there's that, at least.
