She'd done it. Her goal had been to dance on the Garnier stage one last time before going back to 1905 and she'd done it with a beautiful piece in the showcase. Everyone had worked so hard for it and it had gone perfectly. Until the end and her time piece reacting to Henri's when he'd come for her, everything feeling so wrong when she'd run from the stage to collect her bag, letting Henri pull her along to the portal. She didn't want to go, but she had to. She'd never dance again when she did, she'd never see her friends again, never see Max or Ines, never fight with Thea and things didn't feel right with Henri anymore. But she had to go home.
The door opened and before she could even think to step through, Lena found herself standing by an unfamiliar river. It wasn't Paris, and there she was still dressed from the show, red dress and stage make up and pointe shoes, listening in shock as she was quickly met and handed another cell phone and an address of her guardian and left to her own devices.
It was only after she was alone again that she really looked around, her bag dropped to the ground beside her as she realized that she really was alone. No one was there. "Henri?" she called out, panic seeping into her voice. "Henri!?"
