Who: Leo Valdez and Open (multiples welcome) Where: The park/street What: Rogue machine When: Sunday Rating: low Status: open
It wasn't that Leo hated Madison Valley. In fact, it was nice existing without having monsters constantly trying to attack and kill you. A demigod could probably live a full life here. It was like New Rome, but without the weird to-the-death rules. The problem was that since there was no monsters, Leo's ADHD was at peak performance. He had already fixed some guys car and a dishwasher that was about to be thrown out as he was walking by. It still wasn't enough to help Leo stay stimulated. He needed a project.
As he walked through the park, his attention was drawn to a man shouting and kicking at a ride-on mower. It seemed like the guy was very upset with the mower. A few minutes later and Leo was tinkering away with the machine which had been causing a lot of grief. Leo had suggested the man go for coffee, so Leo was left alone to his own devices.
Thirty minutes later and the machine was fixed. In fact, Leo had decided to upgrade it. Why not have a self-sufficient mower? Like a Roomba for grass. When he turned it on, the big mower began to move on its own. Things looked as if they were going well until the mower turned toward the street and left the grass.
"Hey! Not that way!" Leo swore in Spanish and ran towards it as the rogue mower headed toward the street and walk way filled with people. </ij-cut>
