"Well, in that case, then..." She shrugged. "To hit the highlights? I've been here since November of 2013, which makes me the longest-dwelling refugee at this point. I'm ridiculously good with an axe because I grew up using one, I'll have to tell you the whole story about Panem some other time if you haven't heard it already. I work for social services, but I also co-own the axe-throwing place and I pick up shifts at the strip club every now and then."
A grin. "In short, I solve all my personal problems by being an absolute and utter workaholic. It's a terrible coping mechanism, but it works for me."
She wasn't wrong, on any count.
