Chidi Anagonye & Sonya Blade
Making small talk was not a strength of Chidi's, though it was not as debilitating a flaw as his inability to make decisions. Still, he was pleased when his third date immediately asked questions that he felt comfortable answering.
"I was a professor of ethics and moral philosophy at a university in Australia," Chidi said. "I'm teaching philosophy at Hanover College here, so it's similar." It wasn't exactly the same, largely due to the disparity in sizes of the educational institutions, but it was something he was qualified to do and felt confident doing.
He also didn't mind talking about his job or about philosophy, though he suspected his date would probably not appreciate that. "How about you?"
