Nyssa al Ghul had a particular ring to it that made Balthazar wonder if she did not hold some sort of power with her, or at least she did back home. It was sort of the way powerful people always seemed to have powerful names. Perhaps that was one of the ways God decided to keep angels in line - only give them one name. Though some of them, like Lucifer, decided one name just wasn't enough.
"Any good excuse for a party, I say." He nodded and took another drink. "Especially when you tie in free food." Not that Balthazar actually needed to eat, but he enjoyed it. He liked being able to eat all the fried food he wanted and not have to worry about heart disease.
"I imagine you might have some good information about some of the people here, hm?" She struck him as the type to keep herself in the know.
