Murphy was still in a mood, still didn't feel any better, but he was at least trying to do something other than dig himself in deeper. Shit, when had he turned into something like a responsible adult? He didn't like it.
(Except he did, sort of, ssh.)
He was trying to decide whether he wanted to find a sparring partner or call it a day when he caught sight of Reileen. He knew who she was, vaguely. They'd said something on the network once or twice, he thought. But more importantly, she and Raven had worked together -- and he'd met Reileen a couple times when he'd stopped by the lab to visit Raven. He didn't actually know the woman, he didn't think anybody did, but he at least knew who she was well enough to give her a slight nod in acknowledgement and what little smile he could manage. It wasn't much, but it was his version of friendly at the moment.
