"I know it's a little hard to see," he admitted. "I had to have them point out the baby before I actually saw it." He gave Leia a bit of a sheepish smile. "I never understood these readings, either. I mean, I know it's my baby and everything, but it's still... a bit weird to see." He was just excited about the fact that Padme was pregnant. It was strange, that she was pregnant here in Madison Valley. He felt confident that it wouldn't turn out the same way it had turned out back home.
"So, tell me more about this Jesse," he said, arching an eyebrow. "What do you think he isn't telling you?" He trusted Leia's instincts on things. The Force was strong in Leia, he knew this much. While she wouldn't become a Jedi, like Luke, it was still strong in her.
So he trusted when she said that there were things Jesse wasn't telling her.
"I trust your opinions on people. I'm just intrigued by this friend of yours is all." He wanted her to know that he wasn't trying to interfere in anything. He knew that she was an adult and could make her own choices when it came to friendships, or relationships.
