Exercise was something Riddick understood from a perspective outside that of the human experience. His people were physically superior to humans in ways he understood yet chose not to voice in most circumstances. There was rarely a time when it was in one's best interests to share weaknesses and strengths with a potential enemy.
"Running for your health or because you think you can get away from whatever's chasing you in your head?"
Riddick didn't mind the scent of sweat; the guy honestly smelled more approachable to him than any of the humans who covered themselves in some kind of fake odor.
Moving out of the park's forest line, Riddick sunk into a crouch beside the bench the human was using, "You got a look to you says you're not out here for your health. I could be wrong about that though. I don't spend near as much time with people as people seem to feel is regular. I'm Riddick. I'm a nocturnal animal. This is the end of my day.
