After digging through the file cabinet a bit more, she finally located the file and tucking it under her arm, quickly closed and locked up the drawer. Caitlin sometimes forgot how many patients this place actually treated; a look inside that cabinet though was definitely a sobering experience on the number of people counting on them. People Caitlin would do anything not to disappoint.
Returning to the front, Caitlin handed the file over the woman and she accepted it with a smile. She was happy she could help even if it was just handing over a file. The woman inquired about adding another doctor's name to the file for access and Caitlin paused before nodding. She didn't think that would be a big deal at all. She would just have to leave a note about it.
"I don't think that should be a problem at all," Caitlin replied, honestly. "Who were you thinking of?"
