Who: Agent Washington and Agent York What: Insomnia When: Monday night Where: Their house Warnings: PTSD, nightmares, who knows what the sleep deprived soldier will say/do Status: Closed/Incomplete
Ever since Charlie had tried to wake him up from a nightmare and he'd attacked her thinking she was a part of the dream Wash had been really careful about making sure he didn't doze off anywhere in the house but his own room. Not that he dozed off all that often. And when he did he didn't get a lot of sleep. He'd had nightmares for a long time, it wasn't something new with the brain injury. It had started with the Epsilon implantation. It just seemed sometimes like all the things after that just added to them.
He'd tried to sleep tonight. He was exhausted but at first all he'd done was toss and turn until eventually he'd dropped off but he'd jerked awake about an hour later when he dreamed that Locus had unlocked them from their suits and Carolina was already dead.
After that he was sitting up on his bed not planning on sleeping again. His door was cracked open so Loki could wander in and out because like all cats he couldn't figure out what side of a door he liked better. He wasn't really doing much because he couldn't concentrate but he was trying to play a mindless game on his phone, more often he was looking out the window with the phone gone to sleep in his hands.
