Jason hadn't been paying much attention to his surroundings, so it wasn't too much of a surprise when his cart collided with someone else's. It was to be expected, really. He had been too focused on what to get from the frozen food aisles.
He looked up at the woman who had bumped into his cart. Sweet. She was pretty. Maybe today was starting to look up. Maybe.
"Why is everyone shopping today? Don't they have other places to be? Except for you, of course. I don't mind you being here." Because, really, who was going to complain about a pretty, young woman shopping at Wal-Mart?
