Abraham and Prue were long past due for dinner together. It made Abraham feel like a horrible friend, but Prue didn't seem to view him as such. Which he was glad for. Because he truly enjoyed her company, and was glad for the budding friendship. If it turned out to be more than friendship, that would make it even better. But at the moment? He was interested in learning more about the woman.
He had been married back home, to a woman named Mary. So he wasn't actively looking for a relationship. But if he happened to find himself in one? He wouldn't complain in the slightest. He even had a feeling that Mary would understand, if she ended up here.
"It's been far too long," he said, as they were seated at a table at the Bonnie Belle. "I must apologize for being such a bad friend."
