Buffy Summers & Spike
It took a lot to make the vampire uncomfortable, but standing there in the small elevator...having to remain silent as the strange woman had lingered close, that did the trick. When they stepped off the elevator, and away for the creepy bird, Spike actually let out a soft sigh of relief as he glanced back to make sure they hadn't been followed. "Yeah, that was all manner of strange. Think I'd rather have been stuck in an elevator with Old Batface instead of her, because at least I could've tried making fun of my great grandsire. But her..." With a slight shudder William shook his head, trying to shake off the feeling.
His gaze followed her own when Buffy looked to the large window, and with a sheepish grin Spike found himself nodding quickly. The prospect of leaving this building, and checking out a possibly new world too, was beyond tempting. "Bloody right we should! It's been too long since I got to watch you dance and slay some monsters. Plus it's either check out the window, or take a ride back down and risk getting stuck with that woman again." Battle axe at the ready he flashed her a grin, winking playfully at his wife before Spike turned his focus back to the window. "Ready when you are, luv."
