They were probably closer than Kitty realized, but Derek wasn't ready to share that just yet. "You know, we could always do a double wedding," he said. That would be something to see, with two sets of face twins tying the knot.
He was pretty sure that Clark would never go for it though. They were far too different and would likely never be anything more than politely civil to each other, unlike Elena and Kitty who were actually friends.
