In truth, Joshua preferred the library to the bookshop. There was history in the place, and the sort of cataloging there was appreciate. There was also less temptation to spend and waste money in the library as there would be in the shops.
On the other hand, sometimes the library didn't really have what he was looking for. The books on chakras or reincarnation, Josh supposed he shouldn't have see people write about Buddhism or other religions of the East. That was something he learned from the Aesthetics-everyone had their own way to connect to the Divine Spark; different paths, same goal. He wondered if a few would be worth buying, or if the authors were like the Hypocrites he knew from home-all talk and no substance.
He selected a few before moving to were they sold games and puzzles. There didn't seem to be any shame in adults enjoying hobbies or games here, though perhaps it was because there was time to enjoy such things. Puzzles were something he found he enjoyed, especially the ones made from wood or metal.
