Lucas F & Ryder
The expression on his face could only be described as confusion. Splitting food was not something that would have ever crossed his mind with anyone other than Riley, or maybe even his mom and dad. It all really just depended. But looking between the other guy and the cookie, Lucas realized he wanted at least part of the cookie.
"Okay, but you split it. I won't do it equally." He'd be too tempted to break it apart so that he got most of the cookie and then he'd just feel guilty and want to try to make it more even and then they'd just be in a mess. And that would just delay him getting to the cookie so it was better to let him do it.
"I'm Lucas, by the way. I think I've seen you around school before but I don't think we have any classes together." Or maybe they did and he just wasn't paying attention.
