Carl was lounging on a couch at Maggie's home, and smiled a bit at Judith when Maggie spoke. "She really is. I can't believe how big she's getting, really." He didn't really want to think about Judith growing up and going to school and everything, but he knew that it was for the best that she was doing it here. Madison Valley wasn't normal, but it was far more normal than life back home. At least she didn't have to worry about fighting for her life here.
"She's going to do so well at school, I think." Judith looked up at Carl and Maggie, distracted from her toys for a moment. "I want to go to school!" she said brightly.
