Alfred didn't mind the rain. Not at all actually. He did mind this, though. He'd lived through his fair share of downpours, hurricanes, and other catastrophic weather-related disasters. A little rain shouldn't be this frustrating.
Yet here he was, grumpy and nearly saturated as he made his way into Verdant. While Alfred could have tried to wait out the weather at Red Dog if it hadn't let up by now? It was likely it wasn't going to at all.
Doing his best not to trail too much water through the club, he made his way toward the bar. Each step sloshed and squeaked, and even sitting down was as uncomfortable as it looked. "Ms. Lance," Alfred stated a tired grin on his face. He would do his best to remain cordial regardless of looking like a drowned, old rat.
"Something warm and strong enough to make this old man forget how wet his socks are?"
