Who: Rose Hathaway & Faith Lehane What: Sparring, working off some energy When: Friday afternoon Where: Fight Science Gym/Combat Sports Academy Rating: TBD Status: Closed; Incomplete
Rose had just met Faith (though Faith claimed to know her from before when she was here), but she felt like the two of them might actually get along. Faith had said a few things that reminded Rose a lot of herself like how she didn't follow rules much and about not having a best friend. While Rose did have the latter, Lissa was an exception and certainly not the standard in Rose's life. It took a lot to get close to Rose even if Rose seemed to have a natural charisma about her that tended to attract others to her, particularly in the social realm of things. She understood how hard it was to find people you could trust and she understood about breaking rules because she'd done a hell of a lot of that in her short life time. It was hardly enough be considered a friendship or whatever, but it gave Rose more incentive to get to know Faith.
Plus, when the other woman offered her a chance at a spar? Rose was not about to turn that down. The whole not considering her cute or whatever was something Rose might have come up with though she was not fully aware of the circumstances behind the statement. It still felt like something she would say. In any case, she arrived at the gym, dressed in a tank and workout leggings, a bit of her sports bra visible in the gaping holes beneath her shoulders. Her hair was tied back in the customary ponytail and she wore a pair of sneakers on her feet. She already started to take a few shots at a nearby bag in the hopes to warm up some. She didn't know what to expect from Faith outside of the fact that she talked a tough game at the very least.
