Who: Elsa and Neopolitan When: Wednesday Where: In town What: Meeting a new face. Warnings: Likely none! Status: Closed/In-Progress
The cold weather certainly didn't bother Elsa. Not the way it clearly had an effect on the rest of those in town. She had the memories of feeling that biting cold, though. Any time she had lost her powers or had them traded, Elsa spent much of that time wrapped in layers near a few heaters.
Even with her immunity to the chilly, Elsa had wrapped up in a light jacket and scarf. Unnecessary, yes, but Elsa believed it made her fit in. Strange looks didn't plague her terribly here in Madison Valley, but it was better to be safe than sorry.
A cold coffee drink in hand, Elsa paused at the sight of a young girl with uniquely-coloured hair. She didn't appear familiar, but there were plenty of individuals who Elsa hadn't met yet.
Approaching her, Elsa cleared her throat and offered a small smile. "Excuse me? Are you lost?" It wasn't the most welcoming statement, but Elsa was certainly a person to get right to the point. Most of the time anyway. "Could I help you with something?"
