WHO: Daisy Johnson & Matt Murdock.
WHAT: Running into an old friend.
WHERE: Outside Starbucks.
WHEN: Saturday early afternoon.
WARNINGS: TBD.
STATUS: Closed/Ongoing.
It was hard to believe another month had almost come to an end, time seemed to be flying by and Daisy wasn't entirely sure where it had all gone. Not that she was complaining at all, she was happy with the way things were going. Really happy actually and there was very little she'd actually change about how things were, just minor things like Loki being in town. She hadn't really been able to relax since he'd announced his presence and had gotten entirely too absorbed in keeping tabs on the trickster god, if it hadn't been for Wash telling her to step away from her laptop she'd probably have sat there all day.
She'd kept her promise though and decided to go out for some fresh air, which was actually code for go to Starbucks and feed her caffeine addiction. She was ready for winter to be over, the cold definitely was not something she enjoyed but she wasn't about to let it stop her getting coffee. Daisy was wearing enough clothes that she almost had trouble moving, almost but it was that or get cold and then get mad about being cold. No one wanted to deal with her complaining about the cold so she took steps to prevent it.
Walking towards her destination she spotted someone who looked familiar, at first she thought it was one of those cases of someone looking like someone else. She couldn't figure it out at first but then something clicked and she realized it was someone she'd thought she'd never see again, someone from her past. She'd seen him on the networks but hadn't put two and two together straight away, seeing him though had caused all the pieces to fall into place. They were headed towards each other so she decided there was no better time to reintroduce herself. "Matt?" she started as she neared him. "Hi, sorry you probably don't remember me but we sort of grew up together, well for a little bit anyway. It's..." she paused as she realized he didn't know her real name. "You knew me as Mary Sue, from the orphanage."
