Who: Anna Latham and Open Where: the Fountain What: Relaxing When: Early afternoon Warnings: very little Status: open, in progress
Anna sat on the edge of the fountain and watched the snow around her. She loved the white, and she was suddenly struck with homesickness for Montana. She had only recently settled there and she already missed it. She missed the deep snow in the mountains and the icy air. She'd brought along her cello, carting it around was very little to her after all, and she opened the case and took a few minutes to make sure it was tuned correctly for this weather.
She closed her eyes and lay bow to string and started to just play. She was using it as a way to not feel worry, or fear of being in public. Let them enjoy classical music, She played with ease, having taken to the cello like a duck to water when she was a kid. THe more she played, the calmer she got and the bubble of calm was pretty big around her. Kids sat down and behaved, listening to her play to the relief of their parents.
Anna looked up after a few minutes to smile at the people milling about. This was actually kind of nice.
