He'd just also be the first -- and probably the only -- person to say that there was a damn good reason for it. Alive, anyway. And even then, Roger would never have agreed with his older brother's methods, just that the end results were a sad way possible to circumvent the Founder's ultimate goal.
Getting into the rest of Jedikiah's feelings on the matter? Was difficult; there was a lot to unpack there, which was why he didn't generally think about it, at the times when he actually could. He'd taken his goal and made his plan and stuck to it, and that was that.
