Chloe gave her a small smile as she patted her arm, putting her own hand over Max's.
"Aw, I feel so special," she grinned. "I'm definitely all for hanging out, but way ahead of you on the job front. I got one working at a mechanic shop. Figure since I was able to revive a beat up shitty truck in a junkyard, I could fix cars easy." It was also the only thing she could think of that she'd be good at. Unlike Max and her talent at photography, Chloe didn't really have any skills. Well, she was good at dissing people and talking back, but that wasn't going to make her money anytime soon.
"Yes, really," she insisted. "Well, we'd have to share a room if you're cool with that. I only have the one room apartment. If not, we can maybe find a two bedroom apartment to live in." It really didn't matter to Chloe. She was fine sharing a room with Max. It wouldn't be the first time as they had sleepovers all the time and shared a bed. But maybe having their own spaces might be good too.
