Facts like how similar this entire event was to the amusement park her parents use to take her and her brother. The stupid Ferris wheel she use to ride with her mother and how she always wondered how they never ended up stuck at the top. Yes those kinds of painful facts, memories, that she would rather not recall because it made it very clear that those times were dead. Dead like her family from a car crash she caused all over a Gameboy she could not have.
The young woman sat down at the empty spot across from Jessica, sipping on soda, and Jessica reached for her half empty cup of beer. It was bland and she missed the burning sensation of the whiskey, but cheap was cheap. She always picked from the bottom shelf anyway. "Sucks to be you," Jessica remarked, shrugging.
