Cassie Sandsmark & Hiccup
Hiccup considered her point, disguised as it was in her questioning. Maybe he was just being too much of a stickler for the term, since he and Toothless were extensions of one another in many ways. Still, she was right in that it was good to have someone to talk to that didn't have the same expectations of him that another human would.
"You're right that it is good to have them to talk to, even if they can't talk back. They can still understand. They still care." Toothless had hardly left his side since Astrid was sent home because he sensed how lonely that made him feel. Star helped give Stormyfly the love that she needed, that Hiccup couldn't give in the same way because of his own pain.
"You're very wise, Cassie," Hiccup complimented honestly. "You would've made a great viking on Berk."
