Alex was very grateful the dome gifted residents with the choice of a real vacations away from Madison Valley. Of course, she and Pietro jumped at the chance to have a real honeymoon, something she thought they deserved. They were married now. Why not celebrate it in a proper way?

They decided on Thailand, a nice, beautiful place with a warm climate. They'd been here a few days already and very much enjoyed the sites and scenery and being immersed in another culture. It really was a great time. Shame there were only a few days left of this trip. They were making the most of it.

Tonight, after a meal at one of the fine dining establishments, they were on a stroll by the water front. The city lights looked lovely reflecting off the water.

"This is just so perfect," she said happily, glancing over at her husband.

It really was nice to think of him that way. Her husband. She couldn't be more happy.

A real honeymoon wasn't something Pietro or Alex had ever thought they would get so there had been no hesitation in deciding to take the chance when it occurred. The only thing they had needed to decide on was where to go.

In the end Thailand had been the place they'd both liked the look of the most. It had everything they wanted for an amazing honeymoon.

As they walked together, Pietro's arm over Alex's shoulder he smiled down at her, "It really is. I am glad we got a chance to have our honeymoon here"

	"Me too, this is all so amazing," Alex said happily, almost dreamlike. "And we deserve this." She wasn't saying it because she thought they were selfish. She truly believed the dome owed this much to them or anyone celebrating being married. Or anyone who just needed to get away from Madison Valley for a little while. 	"It is good that so far it has been perfect then" he told her with a smile full of love, "And I always intend to make the most of all the time I am with you" Pietro had never known he could love someone as much as he loved Alex and he tried to make sure she knew how much he adored her. 	"I like saying it" Pietro told her, the word held so much meaning to them both. It was a promise for the future as well as a term of endearment, he loved being able to call her wife and being able to tell people he was married. There was a sense of belonging and contentment that weaved around him each time. (Reply to this) (Parent)
