Crowley and Gideon
Gideon was coming to rather like the parties that occurred in Madison Valley primarily because they afforded her the opportunity to study humans without making them uncomfortable. It seemed that "people watching" was a common activity in such social situations, and as a result, Gideon enjoyed doing so very much. At the table where she was currently sitting, there were four plates in front of her, each with a small sample of several different foods, which she tried out in between examining others.
When the man sat at the table with barely the chance for her to respond, she studied him for a moment, but maintained her generally pleasant expression, before finally speaking. "It's taken now, by you, it seems." Her voice held a British accent that wasn't from any specific part of the island, and was pleasant in tone. She hadn't yet had very many emotional reactions to things since arriving aside from a general sense of wonder as she watched others and experienced things for herself.
