Mary Campbell & Open
Having worked earlier in the day and a few hours of overtime, Mary was finally free and though she was hesitant, she decided she would go and watch the fireworks. It was already getting dark so she wouldn't have to be there too long anyway. It wasn't as if Mary was against socializing, but she still felt rather out of place in Madison Valley despite having been there for over six months now. She figured the time period difference and few personal sort of issues were the reasoning, but there was not much she could do about either of them. All she could do was make the best of it.
Taking out a few demons had helped with the familiarity part, but she'd suffered a few minor injuries because of it. As it was, she had a bruises on her arms and cuts, but she wasn't complaining given she'd seen and heard others were dealing with far worse. When she arrived at the park, the blond grabbed a beer and found a seat at a vacated picnic table. Popping the top off the beer easily, she took a sip.
