Hiccup, Astrid & Hooligan
The hug didn't last nearly as long as he wanted it to, but it was certainly a good one. Hiccup hadn't ever been able to just casually hug Astrid. Of course, he regretted getting distracted because a moment later, he had a fist full of snow in his face and he hadn't even realized it. He was a little stunned but a slow grin spread across his face.
"Oh it's on!" He scooped up a handful of snow and ran for cover behind a tree as he formed it into a snowball. Blindly, Hiccup tossed it in her direction and then hid behind the tree to form another snowball. She was absolutely going to kick his butt by the end of it, but they were actually fairly evenly matched. He chanced a peek around the tree trunk once his snowball was formed, ready to aim it at her.
