"Not used to food that doesn't come in protein packs, no," he said with a raised eyebrow. He'd never been without food - he'd always had plenty to eat. But it definitely had usually, in the past twenty years anyway, been barely food and more something he ate to survive. He hadn't realized how much he missed real food until he'd found himself back on Earth.
"And is it as cheap as the coffee?"
He knew people looked at him like he was crazy when he said Starbucks was cheap, but with what he was used to paying for coffee, it totally was.
