Jughead & Mal
Mal could already hear Evie giggling and telling her how right she was about Mal trying to just forget everything and have fun. A point that Mal would have to assure Evie about later.
Her arms hung in a lazy fashion around his neck when he kissed her again. There was no flash of green this time, though, which Mal would assure Jughead was not a bad thing. It tended to come and go when emotions were going a little crazy.
"I think," she began, biting down on her lower lip in a coy fashion. "That it was worth causing a traffic jam at the dessert table." It wasn't terrible, but there were definitely a few grumpy-looking teens who clearly wanted to use the chocolate fountain rather than watch the two of them kiss. For a brief second, Mal considered a few magic spells she could use to make that dessert table just a tad more interesting. However, she refrained. This time at least.
Finding a comfortable nook behind one of the decoration boards, Mal gave Jughead a playful tug toward her. Her arms found their way around his neck once more as she leaned in. "Now, where were we? Right about here, I think?" This time it was Mal's turn to kiss him, parting her lips just so. It was enough to make her forget what it had been like kissing Ben. It was enough to make her think 'Ben who?'.
