Summer & Peter
Summer had that in common with Peter, at least in Madison. Back home, she'd been very popular. She knew it and often flaunted that fact. It was different here. She was an outsider, and she heard the comments from the townie students every once in awhile, too. In many ways, it humbled her.
"She did a good job," Summer said with a little nod. "Because of all the matching."
At his compliment, she smiled, a real genuine one. "Thank you. I guess purple's my color."
