The idea of living together before they were married was a little bit strange to Astrid, but the fact that there were two rooms had made all the difference. They could each have their privacy and not have to share a bed or anything. That just came with way too many complications and feelings she hadn't entirely thought through yet.
Astrid scooted a little closer to him so that she could read the phone too. She'd never seen anything like it - well, except for the one that they'd given her and she'd had no idea what it was. She couldn't help but wonder if Hiccup had figured out how to take it apart and put it back together yet. After all, he so loved understanding how things worked.
She listened closely as he explained, and then posted her first message. It took her way too long to figure out how to do it, and she accidentally posted herself grumbling somehow too. Oh well. It wasn't the best, but surely it wasn't that bad for a first try?
"How does the...cell phone? know all the languages?"
