Who: Melinda May and Sif What: Patrolling Where: Around town When: Saturday Afternoon Warning: Possible discussion of violence Status: Closed/ Ongoing
Melinda wasn't the type of person to sit around and so nothing when there was a large threat looming. It just wasn't in her DNA to do so. At the same time, she didn't want to put herself in extreme danger if she didn't need to. She had a life here and a family. She wasn't going to recklessly put herself in harm's way when she had people at her home relying on her.
That meant she wasn't going off alone to track this thing that already hurt some of her fellow displaced people. One person she knew who was formidable enough to deal with such things was Sif. She always respected the other woman, having fought side by side with her before. She trusted her to have her back during times like this, just as she would have Sif's. To her, they were a perfect duo to track an otherworldly beast.
"Do you see or hear anything?" she asked after a few moments of tracking in silence.
She had no problem admitting Sif had better senses and agility than she did. It was all the more reason she deserved respect and trust.
