Who: Johanna Mason and Jo Harvelle
What: Here, have some coffee! Just coffee. Really. We swear.
When: Backdated to Sunday morning
Where: Jo's apartment
Warnings: TBA... for now
Status: Closed/On-going
True to her word, Johanna had rolled right out of bed for the coffee errand of mercy. And true to her word, it only took her twenty minutes to human herself up -- well, less, but she was counting the time it took her to find her goddamn shoes because apparently when she came home that incredibly drunk, she wound up with one shoe under the couch and one in the cabinet under the sink. (Seriously, guys? Seriously?)
She made a stop by Starbucks -- not where she'd ordinarily go to pick up coffee for Jo, given her tastes, but it would work for shoving coffee down her throat as a wake-up -- and then headed for the apartments. Johanna was actually kind of glad she was doing this for Jo; it was the kind of friendship they'd had the other time Jo had been there. Not that she was going to tell Jo that, of course, not unless she had the right opportunity for it. But that was the kind of thing they'd done for each other, and it was nice having that piece of the puzzle there.
Even if it was kind of a different puzzle overall. Pfft, close enough. Details, details, it all made sense to her brain right now. A lot made sense to her brain right now.
She made her way to Jo's apartment and sure enough the door was open. She shifted one cup, got the door open a bit, shifted a cup back to her hand, and nudged the door with her hip. "Harvelle!" she called as she entered. "Coffee's here! I come bearing pastries, too!" She was shutting the door on that one.
Hey, Johanna took care of her friends, okay?
