Who: Jo and Jesse What: Reunited and it feels so good Where: Her place When: Sunday evening Warnings: TBD Status: Closed, obviously the housemates could know he was there
Jesse felt like running all the way to Jo's. That wasn't practical, though. He was in good shape, sure, but he wasn't a runner. So he took a cab, and by the time he got to her house, his heart was racing and his palms were sweating. He took a moment to try and collect himself before he raised a hand to knock.
He hadn't missed her, not really, because he hadn't remembered his life in Madison Valley when he'd been at home. He'd gone right back to the Lincoln Center, and never knew that he'd left. He'd gone through his entire run at Barden, with the Treblemakers. The last thing he remembered before coming back to Madison Valley had been going to bed the night after graduation.
So while he hadn't missed her, he felt a longing to see her now as if he had been away from her for years. He wanted nothing more than to see her, hug her, kiss her. What did that say about their relationship? In reality, he barely knew her. They'd met at a Superbowl party. They'd hooked up at a Valentine dance, and then they'd gone to a Valentine party thing together. But they still didn't really know each other, and when he returned to town, all he wanted to do was see her.
