Jaime didn't want to do herself, or him, any harm. Waiting upped the risk to a considerable amount and she refused to do that. She refused to hurt him. Or to risk losing herself in the matter. Pain was something she could get past. It was temporary, fleeting and would not last forever.
She could do that.
She could do this. And she knew if Mercy could. she could too. She offered a faint smile at his change of voice tone, then nodded. "Alright, there's nothing I think I can do for myself to prepare more than I already have. You won't be far, and you already told me what to expect. I trust you, and your body. Let's... do this before I do anything that hurts either one of us more."
She got up and took a deep breath. "I love you. I love that you just take this in stride. I love that you aren't lying to me about how much this will hurt."
