Padme had decided that today was the day she was going to make the effort to look at the colleges in Madison Valley. She'd received a high education similar back in her world, but Madison Valley was made of concepts and ideas that were not part of her education. Besides, if you wanted to obtain a decent job here which was a goal of the former senator, than it was necessary that she look into attending college. She'd spoke about the idea of teaching, but she couldn't do so unless she received the proper credentials and college was the only place she could earn them. It would be a difficult process because she was unfamiliar with it, but Padme was a fast learner and she didn't lack in determination either.
Arriving at her first stop, Hanover, Padme's first stop was to pick up a class catalogue and head to the library. She wanted to have some idea as to what direction to go in before she set up an appointment with an advisor here. Wandering into the library, Padme glanced around for an empty table and she spotted an empty seat beside a familiar face. It'd been about a month or so since she last spoke to Sidney, but the interaction had been pleasant and she remembered the other woman had helped her with all her packages that day. Well, she figured she'd at least stop by and say "Hi".
Padme walked over, catalogue cradled to her chest, and offered the woman a smile in greeting. "Hey," she said, keeping her voice somewhat on the low side since it was a library.
