Octavia, Aurie, Lexa
Despite Bellamy and Lexa being as far from friends on the spectrum as you could get, his gesture of decorating the trees with beautiful Christmas lights and providing a festive atmosphere was not lost on Lexa. She could appreciate the effort put into it especially when it was purely for the enjoyment of others and nothing more. He'd even provided refreshments, food, and a bonfire if anyone wished to stick around for more than just the beautiful lights. Lexa thought she'd at least show up as a sign of support for him. He did not have to do this and it was out of character (at least the character she knew) for Bellamy to be so generous especially to some of the town he barely knew.
Curious, she'd decided to indulge in a cup of hot cider instead of the traditional hot cocoa and was pleasantly surprised to find she liked it. It was not as sweet as hot chocolate, but that was why Lexa found she preferred it more. Cradling the cup in her arms, she spotted a familiar face further out from the fire. She had not had a chance to speak with Octavia in some time and she decided to remedy this now. Walking over, she offered the other woman and her daughter a greeting in Grounder language. She knew Octavia wanted Aurie to know something of her heritage and Lexa had agreed to help with that.
"Heya Octavia, Aurie," Lexa greeted, offering a small, friendly smile to them both.
