Charles and Arthur
Arthur, of course, knew about dreams. He knew how to create entire worlds within dreams. He could, technically, create a world where there was peace. But that was hardly the same thing as actual world peace.
He nodded, though. "I can't argue with that. There's nothing wrong with having a dream,"" he said. As long as one didn't actually expect something like world peace to ever become a reality. Arthur had made his living dealing in dreams back home, but he liked to think his feet were planted firmly on the ground.
