Steve & Ian
Steve nodded. He did most of his own training that way, alone, to stay in shape or to burn excess energy or just out of habit by now. If there was any reason to keep the team in form, he'd have done it with them, but there wasn't and he preferred to let them all live the lives they deserved.
"Good on you, keeping it up," he praised. "That's not an easy thing. I guess you're sticking to the same routines you did with your squad?" A lot better than what basic had been for him, he knew. People had gotten smarter about training while he'd been frozen. That much he knew, even if he didn't spend much time with the army once SHIELD had gotten to him. Really just enough that they knew he was still alive, had tried to give him medals that he'd refused.
"Maybe you'll let me join you for a run sometime." He quirked a teasing smile. "I'll take it easy on you."
