Diana was dancing to get attention. There was no two ways about it. Her top and skirt combo was skin tight and left very little to the imagination. At 18, Diana was beyond comfortable in her own body and it showed as she moved to the music that pulsed through the club. She'd already had a cocktail while she was trying to entice Bruce to come dance with her. Flirting with him was a great deal of fun and while there was a part of her that just wanted him to give in to the tension that she felt between them, she was enjoying the chase. It was going to make when they did come together all the more beautiful.

She gave up on trying to convince him with words and decided to convince him by simply drawing his attention to her while she was out on the dance floor. A few men had already tried dancing with her and they'd been interesting, but not so interesting that she gave them any real attention. They'd already moved on to other partners, but Diana honestly hardly noticed. She wanted Bruce to come join her and so far no one had caught her attention away from him.

John had been amusing himself all day between drinking with a couple of the guys and then spending some time with Zee. But he was still restless after the sun went down and he found himself wandering to somewhere there was music and he could dance. The booze earlier had barely even made a dent in his sobriety. An annoying side effect of how much he drank since running away from Liverpool to London. Most of the time he'd been living in cheap flats full of other people and spent his money on a cheap bottle of booze instead of food half the time. It dulled things nicely when things were getting darker.

Today, he was not feeling like things were dark,just dull.

But that looked like it was going to change when he walked into Verdant. There was an almost literal goddess on the dance floor and the way she moved her body showed she was more on the side of the devil than any angels. That put a smirk on John's face and since no one else seemed to be in her orbit he put himself on the dance floor and moved until he was right behind her, in her dance space, and leaned forward enough so she could hear him.

"You're making the others look bad you know."

Diana felt someone dancing around her orbit before she saw him, but once he was right behind her, she grinned. "That's half the fun," she replied, grinding back against him. She wasn't one to be picky about who she was dancing with and he certainly seemed like he was going to be more fun than her previous partners. At the very least, maybe she could finally succeed in pulling Bruce out from behind the bar.

She looked over her shoulder with a wicked smirk, one that promised a hell of a lot if he was up for the ride. Her hands slid down her body until she could reach for his hands to guide them to her waist. Diana wasn't shy at all and she didn't think he'd be very shy either. This was going to be fun, she thought as she ground against him.

"Oh I agree of course." The last thing that John could ever be called was shy. Once she guided his hands to touch her he didn't wait for permission and slid them off her hips and around her waist to pull her even more firmly against him and kept moving so they were dancing together.

For some reason he could feel the guy working boring holes through his back watching them but John ignored that for other, more pleasant sensations. "And now they're all watching and wishing they had the balls to be here."

She liked that he didn't hesitate once she gave him permission. Diana was certainly strong enough to rebuff him if she needed to, but she was in the mood to have some fun and it was good that someone was paying attention to her. Just because the guy she wanted didn't want to admit he wanted her didn't mean she'd be rebuffing the guy who did appreciate what she was offering.

"You'll just have to show them how it's done," Diana replied, letting the music dictate the way she moved against him as they moved on the dance floor. After a few minutes, she got tired of having her back to him so she turned and let her arms wrap loosely around his neck. "Oh, and he's handsome as well as handsy," she noted with approval as she pressed her body against his.

"That's me, the best of both worlds luv." He chuckled as she slid her body against him to turn around. It had been a very spine tingling sensation as she moved with perfect control of her body.

For someone who grew up in a household that did its best to kill him a couple of dozen times over John had come out of it on the side that went through life with too much confidence and cunning. It was his way of being broken, he couldn't walk away from a challenge.

"I don't care what they think. I'm only interested in how you think I'm doing."

Oh, that he was, and he was probably trouble too, but that just made him more interesting to her. Diana liked to have fun and she had a feeling she was going to have a great deal of fun with him. He didn't shy away from her, matched his movements with hers and it was like the music was fitting itself to their movements instead of the other way around.

"You're doing alright," she replied, teasing him with her lips against his ear. She let her tongue trace along the shell of his ear as she shifted to slide her hand down his back, curling her fingers in his belt loop just because. Diana was teasing him, seeing just how far he was willing to go to play with her.

As they said in the musical, he would trouble with a capital T. But at the moment she seemed like she could be just as much trouble as he was. The attention to his ear along with the soft breath that came with her words was a very pleasant escalation of attentions.

"So are you." He slipped his fingers along her ribs under her shirt to caress warm skin and tipped his head to the side to bite lightly at her neck. "Very, very alright."

Diana didn't waste any time curling her tongue around his earlobe, knowing just how sensitive the skin could be there. "I guess I'll have to step up my game if I'm just doing alright," she replied, sounding every bit as sensual as her body was moving against his. She liked the way his fingers felt against her bare skin and she was definitely in the mood for more.

Her gaze flicked to Bruce over Constantine's shoulder, but it was only for a brief moment before her attention got pulled back to the man who's arms were wrapped around her. That was honestly more fair to Constantine and Bruce had made his stance clear. Just because he wasn't going to give in now didn't mean she was going to ignore the people who did show her attention. Her hand slipped beneath the waistband of his pants to give his ass a squeeze. "Want to get out of here?" she asked, intention pretty clear.

Even if he'd been hesitating about leaving, which he wasn't, the tongue to the ear would have definitely prodded him into agreeing to it. "How about you're doing it bloody fantastic?" He chuckled with a wicked glint in his eye.

"Don't have to ask me twice luv." It seemed a pity to put any space between them but the sacrifice would be worth it in the end. One more nibble against the soft skin of her neck and he backed up enough to take her hand and lead her from the dance floor.

"Much better," she replied with a grin. She was looking for fun and maybe a little bit of trouble, of which he seemed to have in spades. Diana wasn't too bothered about exactly where they went to fool around, or how far they went while they were fooling around. She just wanted out of Verdant.

When he pulled her by the hand off the dance floor, she stayed close, crowding his space still to keep her hands on him. "I don't like asking twice, so that works out well," Diana replied, and if that was a little bit of a threat, it also doubled as a promise. They were going to have a great deal of fun.
