It had taken her a little while to get on board with that, and to move on from Tony, but having him completely out of sight made it easier to have him out of mind as well. Pepper was grateful that she had the opportunity for more with Dwight than just the passing one night stand. She'd never really given thought to marriage or a family, and she still wasn't, but in the back of her mind, she knew it was possible in Madison Valley.
"It was amazing, too," she added, which was saying something. Tony hadn't been lacking in that department, but with Dwight, it had been different. Pepper was glad that he was different. She didn't want to be comparing him to Tony.
She couldn't help but laugh at her friend's response. Shopping for a wedding dress wasn't supposed to be so stressful or daunting, but Pepper knew well enough that it usually ended up that way. TLC's Say Yes to the Dress was a guilty pleasure of her's and she wasn't afraid to admit it. "Let's set a Saturday and we'll go get breakfast, get our nails done, and then we'll go shopping for your dress," she suggested encouragingly. Hopefully it would be a relaxing enough start that the shopping portion wouldn't be too overwhelming.
