WHO: Nico di Angelo and Pamela Barnes WHAT: A talk WHEN: Tuesday evening WHERE: Hinkles WARNINGS: TBD STATUS: Closed/Ongoing
Nico was rather proud of himself. Controlling the hellhound had been fun. Really, one of the most fun things he'd done in a really long time. And he didn't feel the least bit guilty about it, because it wasn't like he'd hurt the guy or anything. He hadn't even made him do anything bad. It was just good to feel power sometimes. When you were a little kid like Nico, the son of a super creepy god that everyone liked to just forget about...well, it felt good to be powerful.
He had a bit of spring in his step since he'd done that, and because hanging out with Star the other night had been cool. She was crazy, and a girl, but she also seemed pretty cool. He could use some friends. And maybe Molly could be his friend too. Both of them seemed to have no problem putting up with him even though he was super weird. He liked that.
He was hungrier than he'd been in a while too, so while he hadn't been planning to get food out, he couldn't resist the smell of greasy frying burgers. He ducked inside, getting in line behind someone who seemed familiar.
"Oh, yeah," he said finally. "You're that blind lady who talks to ghosts."
